Provider of ocean transportation services for crude oil and refined petroleum products in the International Flag trade, organized into two segments: Crude Tankers and Product Carriers. At December 31, 2025 the company owned or operated a fleet of 70 vessels aggregating 8.4 million deadweight tons (dwt) - VLCC, Suezmax and Aframax crude tankers plus LR2, LR1 and MR product carriers - with four dual-fuel-ready LR1 newbuilds contracted for delivery between Q1 and Q3 2026, bringing the operating-and-newbuild fleet to 74 vessels. The fleet is deployed predominantly on a spot basis through commercial pools to benefit from market volatility, complemented by selective time charters. The Marshall Islands is the principal flag of registry.
