Idaho Strategic's only production-stage property and the largest historic lode gold producer in northern Idaho, located ~1.5 miles east of Murray in the Murray Gold Belt of the Coeur d'Alene Mining District. The 100%-owned mine (Golden Chest, LLC) comprises an active underground operation, a no-longer-producing open pit and an exploration property, covering 34 patented claims (449 acres) and 217 unpatented claims (4,300 acres). Gold occurs as orogenic gold-quartz veins along the Idaho Fault in six ore shoots; current underground mining is focused on the H-Vein, with reserves also in the Jumbo, Paymaster and Idaho veins. In 2025 the company completed 19,362 metres of core drilling that converted resources to reserves. Ore is trucked off-site to the majority-owned New Jersey Mill. Production from Golden Chest and an adjacent Area of Interest is subject to a 2% net smelter return royalty payable to Equinox Gold. Mineral Reserves use a 4.0 g/t cutoff and a 3-year trailing average gold price of US$2,040/oz.
