Description
As at 31 December 2024
Operating gold mine in the Hemlo gold camp of northwestern Ontario, the company's sole material project, acquired from subsidiaries of Barrick Mining Corporation on November 26, 2025 for aggregate consideration of up to US$1.1 billion. The mine has produced approximately 25 million ounces of gold since 1985 from both open-pit and underground operations and comprises the B-Zone and C-Zone deposits (including the Interlake deposit). Ore is processed at a 10,000 tpd carbon-in-pulp gold mill with electrowinning and refining capacity (approximately 3.65 Mtpa), with the life-of-mine plan running plant throughput of 1.33-1.44 Mtpa over the 2025-2027 period and a 14-year mine life. Production is subject to a Wheaton Precious Metals gold stream and an Orion offtake agreement. The mineral resource and reserve estimates carry an effective date of December 31, 2024.
