Crude oil pipeline and truck unloading facility in Williams County receiving crude by pipeline and truck from Chevron and third parties and exporting it to the Tioga Rail Terminal or directly into DAPL and other interstate pipelines. Combined receipt capability ~200 MBbl/d and redelivery capability up to ~285 MBbl/d across multiple pipelines, with ~40 MBbls of shell storage (plus 240 MBbls with third parties).
