Propane storage and rail/truck loading-and-unloading facility in Mentor, Minnesota with aggregate working storage capacity of approximately 330 MBbls (a 325 MBbls underground cavern plus three above-ground bullet tanks of ~5 MBbls). Includes a dehydration facility, 11 rail unloading racks and two truck loading racks; the cavern and truck racks each have ~6 MBbl/d propane injection/withdrawal capacity.
