50/50 gas processing joint venture with Targa Resources (Targa operates) placed in service in 2019, a 200 MMcf/d plant at Targa's Little Missouri facility south of the Missouri River; Hess Midstream is entitled to 100 MMcf/d of the plant's processing capacity. The plant has export capacity of approximately 135 MMcf/d of residue gas to the Northern Border Pipeline and 40 MBbl/d of NGLs to the ONEOK Elk Creek Pipeline.
