Gold-copper-silver porphyry project in the Yentna Mining District of Alaska, held by 74.2 %-owned subsidiary U.S. GoldMining Inc. S-K 1300 Initial Assessment effective September 12, 2024 supports a M&I resource of 294.2 Mt @ 0.42 g/t Au + 2.01 g/t Ag + 0.16 % Cu (3.93 Moz Au, 18.99 Moz Ag, 1,023.7 Mlbs Cu; 6.48 Moz AuEq) plus 198.2 Mt Inferred. U.S. GoldMining announced in April 2025 the intent to advance to a NI 43-101 / S-K 1300 PEA, confirmed January 2026. 2026 summer field season planned but not yet budgeted.
