Combined open-pit and underground gold project. Located approximately 120 km southwest of Georgetown, accessed via the Puruni and Aremu laterite roads from Itaballi. Property comprises a mining license covering approximately 6,819 ha. Gold mineralization straddles the contact between the Barama-Mazaruni greenstone belt and the Oko granitic pluton. Acquired in July 2024 through the corporate acquisition of Reunion Gold Corporation. April 2025 Feasibility Study outlines a 12.3-year LOM producing an average of 350 koz Au/yr at AISC of US$1,123/oz, with initial capex of US$973M and after-tax NPV5 of US$2.2B / IRR of 27% at US$2,500/oz Au. Processing utilizes a 6.0 Mtpa conventional gravity and CIP circuit. Formal construction decision made in October 2025 with first gold targeted for H2 2027.
