Advanced exploration gold project comprising the Blanket, Contact, and Chega Tudo deposits. Located approximately 500 km west-northwest of São Luis, Maranhão, accessed via a paved highway to Maracaçumé and municipal dirt roads. Property comprises 45 contiguous permits covering approximately 1,900 km2 along the Tentugal shear zone. Mesothermal vein-type gold deposits hosted in tonalite, arkosic arenite, and dacitic metavolcanics. Acquired in December 2024 from BHP Group Limited for a 1.0% to 1.5% NSR royalty. 2025 exploration program includes 18,500 m of diamond and RC drilling targeting resource expansion ahead of a planned PEA in H2 2026.
