Growth-oriented midstream master limited partnership providing an integrated suite of services (transportation, storage, sulfur removal, blending, terminalling and processing) to crude oil and natural gas producers, refiners and industrial customers, primarily in the Gulf of America and Gulf Coast. Organized into three reportable segments: offshore pipeline transportation, marine transportation, and onshore transportation and services (which includes the sulfur services / NaHS business). On February 28, 2025 the company sold its Alkali (trona / soda ash) Business to an affiliate of WE Soda Ltd and reorganized its segments accordingly. Completed its major growth capital program in 2025 with the CHOPS expansion and the new SYNC Pipeline serving the Shenandoah and Salamanca deepwater developments.
