Combined open-pit gold complex comprising the Nkran, Esaase, Abore, Miradani North, Dynamite Hill, Adubiaso, and Midras South deposits. Located in the Amansie West and South Districts of the Ashanti Region of Ghana, approximately 250 km northwest of Accra. Property covers approximately 476 km2 of contiguous concessions on the Asankrangwa gold belt, encumbered by a 5% NSR royalty to the Government of Ghana and a 1% NSR on Nkran to Gold Fields. Hosted in structurally controlled mesothermal quartz vein style mineralization within the Kumasi Basin. Acquired remaining 45% joint venture interest from Gold Fields in March 2024 to consolidate 90% ownership. Processing utilizes a 5.8 Mtpa carbon-in-leach plant with a newly commissioned secondary crushing circuit. 2023 Feasibility Study outlines an 8.5-year life of mine averaging 217 koz Au per year. Maiden underground mineral resources declared at Nkran and Abore in early 2026.
