Golden Summit

Intrusive-related gold system comprising the Dolphin-Cleary Zone and satellite targets including the Saddle and WOW zones. Located 32 km northeast of Fairbanks, Alaska, accessed year-round via State Highways 2 and 6 with grid power available in the region. Property covers 15,098.6 ha of patented, unpatented, State of Alaska claims, and Mental Health Trust leases. Hosted within the Precambrian Fairbanks schist and Cretaceous Dolphin granodiorite stock. Acquired and consolidated through various agreements since 1991, including the Fairbanks Assignment Agreement. Pre-Feasibility Study targeted for early 2027. 2025 programme includes extensive infill and step-out drilling to upgrade resources and test western extensions, alongside metallurgical optimization evaluating gravity, flotation, and oxidation methods.
