100%-owned (subject to 10% State of Côte d'Ivoire free-carried interest) open-pit + underground gold mine in northwestern Côte d'Ivoire. Updated January 20, 2026 Mineral Reserves/Resources include first-time underground reserves at Sunbird (3.5Mt @ 3.60 g/t Au, 401 koz). Mine life >9 years at 1.75 Mtpa. Plant expansion studies targeting ~25% increase to 2.0-2.5 Mtpa by Q2 2026. Conventional drill/blast/load/haul OP mining + CIL processing. Mineralization remains open at depth at Sunbird, Kingfisher, Koula, Ancien. 2026 brownfield exploration budget $12.2M / 69,000 m drilling. Reserves at $2,300/oz Au, 93.5% recovery.
