100%-owned (via Boya) gold development project in Kédougou region, Senegal. Total permit area 53.46 km² (DS1 46.56 km² + DS2 6.31 km²). 7 deposits in DS1: Area A, Area D, Karakara, Kassassoko, Western Splay, Moungoundi, Southern Arc. February 10, 2026 application for exploitation permit submitted to Ministry of Energy, Petroleum and Mines. PEA completed Oct 2025 (473 koz Au Indicated, then updated July 2025 to 724 koz Au, then Jan 2026 to 1,254 koz Au Indicated). Feasibility study targeted Q2 2026. Government of Senegal will assume 10% free-carried interest when exploitation permit is granted and may elect up to 25% additional. 3% royalty on carreau-mine value + 0.5% local development fund.
