Freehold's U.S. royalty portfolio covering approximately 1.2 million gross drilling acres, comprised of almost 80% mineral title lands owned in perpetuity. The portfolio is primarily located in the Permian, Eagle Ford, Haynesville, and Bakken basins. Production is heavily weighted towards crude oil and NGLs (77% in 2025). The portfolio expanded significantly in late 2024 through acquisitions in the Permian basin.
