Magnetite mining and processing operation producing high-grade (~67 % Fe) magnetite concentrate. Nameplate capacity revised from 22 Mtpa to lower run-rate following operational review. FY25 magnetite shipments 7.1 Mt; FY26 guidance 10-12 Mt (100% basis); H2 FY27 annualised target 16-20 Mt. Operation entered staged ramp-up with optimisation work on dry plant and raw water pipeline ongoing.
