PTFI's 66%-owned (39.5% prior to June 30, 2024) copper smelter and refinery in Gresik, Indonesia, accounted for under the equity method. Capacity to process ~1.3 million tonnes of copper concentrate per year. PTFI pays PT Smelting a tolling fee and retains title to all products. Temporarily suspended in Q4-2025 on limited concentrate availability following the September 2025 mud rush; restarted late December 2025 at reduced rates pending the Q2-2026 Grasberg Block Cave restart. Major maintenance turnarounds (~30 days) every two years; 30-day turnaround completed July 2025.
