Description
As at 9 June 2023
High-grade nickel sulphide deposit (part of the original Langmuir Project) hosted as a single steeply dipping continuous unit faulted into five blocks. Granted 21-year Mining Lease (No. 110163) on January 15, 2025 covering 162 hectares of 9 contiguous unpatented mining claims; annual rental C$486.31. Updated 2023 MRE increased M+I by 250%. Deposit open at depth and along strike to the east (prospective horizon extends ~2 km to W2 Zone). Continuous pilot-scale bioleaching test program (Feb 2026) on W4 flotation concentrates achieved up to 98.9% Ni extraction and 98.8% Co extraction, with >99% recovery of Ni and Co as mixed hydroxide precipitate (MHP); MHP further refined to battery-grade nickel sulphate (NiSO4.6H2O) of up to 98.2% purity, plus saleable magnesium by-product. Resource constrained by conceptual open pit (US$8/lb Ni, 50-deg slope, mining $3.80/t, processing $45.00/t, G&A $5.00/t) with cut-off 0.30% Ni open pit / 0.50% Ni underground; recovery assumptions 85% Ni, 80% Co, 70% Cu, 50% Pt, 50% Pd.
