Shaw Dome Project

Flagship 30,000+ hectare nickel sulphide property package located ~30 km southeast of Timmins, Ontario. Includes the original Langmuir Project (acquired March 2021 from Rogue Resources) plus the April 2022 Shaw Dome Acquisition (941 staked claims across 12 townships). Hosts >100 km of favourable stratigraphic contacts with basal komatiitic units. Two-track development strategy: high-grade nickel (W4 Zone, Langmuir #2/South) and large-scale low-carbon nickel paired with bioleaching processing (CarLang Trend). Royalty package: 2.75% NSR on Shaw Dome property group and 2.75% NSR on Groves property group; EVNi may re-purchase 50% of each for $1.85M and $1.50M respectively. Project hosts five named sub-zones along the CarLang Trend (CarLang A, B, C/Gemini, D, E) plus the W4 and Langmuir #2 high-grade deposits.
