South Texas Integrated ISR Project

Combined ISR uranium complex comprising the Rosita CPP, Butler Ranch, Upper Spring Creek (Brevard and Brown), and Rosita South Cadena project areas. Located approximately 60 miles west of Corpus Christi, Texas, with access via paved county roads and existing electrical power. Property covers approximately 3,475 gross acres of mineral leases from private landowners. Uranium mineralization is typical of Texas roll-front sandstone deposits within the South Texas Uranium Province. Originally operated from 1990 to 1999; restarted by the current operator in 2023. The Rosita CPP has an 800,000-pound U3O8 per year production capacity. Upper Spring Creek Brown Area expansion permitting is underway.
