Exploration-stage ISR uranium project comprising multiple areas including North, Central, South, Alta Vista, and El Sordo. Located adjacent to the Alta Mesa Project in Brooks and Jim Hogg Counties, Texas, spanning approximately 30 miles east-west by 35 miles north-south. Property covers 194,119 acres of private surface and mineral rights within the Jones Ranch. Uranium mineralization occurs as vertically stacked roll-fronts within the Goliad, Oakville, and Catahoula Formations. Acquired in November 2022 from Energy Fuels; a 30% joint venture interest was sold to Boss Energy in February 2024. Planned to operate as a satellite facility utilizing remote ion exchange (RIX) to feed the Alta Mesa CPP. Currently unpermitted for extraction.
