Fully licensed and constructed ISR uranium project and central processing facility. Located approximately 35.5 miles southwest of Falfurrias in Brooks County, Texas, accessed via US Highway 281 and county roads, with major power lines across the site. Property consists of 4,597 acres within the private Jones Ranch, encumbered by royalties ranging from 3.15% to 7.5%. Uranium deposits are vertically stacked roll-fronts within the Goliad Formation. Acquired by the current operator in November 2022 from Energy Fuels; a 30% joint venture interest was sold to Boss Energy in February 2024. The CPP has a 1.5 million lbs U3O8 per year IX capacity and 2.0 million lbs drying capacity. PAA-7 is currently being extracted, with new shallow roll-front discoveries advancing to permitting.
