Eramet Manganese alloys business - smelters/processing for production of ferromanganese and silicomanganese alloys (avg 70% Mn content) primarily for steel industry. Major sites in France (Dunkirk - rebuilt furnace restarted in 2025), Norway (Eramet Norway, benefiting from CO2 ETS settlement +€46m in 2025), and US. 2025 alloy production 653 kt (+3% YoY).
