Proposed deepwater crude oil export facility ~30 nautical miles off the Texas coast designed to load VLCCs at ~85,000 barrels per hour via a fixed platform connected by two 36-inch bi-directional pipelines to an onshore storage facility with ~4.8 MMBbls of capacity. Deepwater port license received from MARAD in April 2024; no final investment decision has been made while customer demand is monitored.
