50% consolidated member interest (Enterprise Navigator Ethylene Terminal LLC) in an ethylene export terminal with two docks and a combined nameplate capacity to load up to 1.5 million tons of ethylene per year, a refrigerated storage tank handling 66 million pounds, and a swing refrigeration train (ethane or ethylene) that may enhance export capability by ~4,100 tons per day. Connected to Mont Belvieu's 1.5-billion-pound ethylene storage wells, a 70-mile pipeline system, the 110-mile Magnolia Ethylene Pipeline to Lake Charles (in service January 2026) and the 90-mile, 70%-owned Baymark ethylene pipeline.
