Liquefaction and floating storage facilities in Squamish, BC, plus an expansion of the BC Pipeline system, with construction executed by Enbridge's partner. Enbridge holds a 30% noncontrolling equity interest; its expected investment is approximately US$2.3 billion with the remainder financed through non-recourse project level debt. Updated commercial terms agreed in 2025 set the preferred return closer to construction completion, de-risking Enbridge's return on capital. Expected in service in 2027.
