60%-owned approximately 560 kilometer (348 mile) pipeline travelling between Joliet, Illinois in the Chicago area and Ontario, of which 455 mmcf/d is leased to NEXUS. A May 30, 2025 rate case was consolidated with a FERC-initiated rate review; a settlement in principle reached with all active participants in February 2026 will be filed for FERC approval in the first half of 2026, with settlement rates effective April 1, 2026 if approved.
