Description
Six operating landfill gas-to-RNG production facilities acquired from Morrow Renewables on January 2, 2024, operated under Tomorrow RNG, a wholly owned subsidiary. 2025 earnings were lower due to lower Renewable Identification Number (RIN) pricing and production volumes. Complemented by a 10% cost investment in Divert Inc. (2023) with an option to invest up to US$1.0 billion in food waste-to-RNG projects across the US.
