Six operating landfill gas-to-RNG production facilities acquired from Morrow Renewables on January 2, 2024, operated under Tomorrow RNG, a wholly owned subsidiary. 2025 earnings were lower due to lower Renewable Identification Number (RIN) pricing and production volumes.
