Single stream 2,560 kilometer (1,591 mile) 16/18/20-inch diameter pipeline shipping diluent from the Manhattan Terminal near Chicago, Illinois to delivery facilities in Edmonton, Alberta. Canadian portion receives tariff revenues under long-term contracts with committed shippers; capacity is approximately 90% contracted with the remainder available for uncommitted volumes. A fully subscribed open season completed in December 2024 ensures contract levels remain at 90% through mid-2030.
