Construction of a new 24-inch pipeline from Wood River to Patoka, Illinois, connecting the Platte Pipeline to the jointly-owned Energy Transfer Crude Oil Pipeline, plus new pump stations providing incremental capacity to the Platte system. The pipeline is expected to be 50% jointly-owned with Energy Transfer; the program also includes costs to upgrade the Energy Transfer Crude Oil Pipeline (27.6% interest) and amounts fully attributable to Enbridge. Incremental volumes secured under long-term take-or-pay agreements with investment grade customers. Expected in service in 2028; pre-construction with no significant expenditures to date.
