50/50 joint venture with a subsidiary of Occidental Petroleum Corporation to design, construct and operate a carbon dioxide transportation and sequestration hub in the Louisiana Mississippi River corridor. Oxy will manage the sequestration portions while Enbridge manages the pipeline. Development supported by a long-term take-or-pay offtake agreement with an investment grade counterparty; expected in service in 2029. Pre-construction with no significant expenditures to date.
