Description
Crude oil gathering and interstate pipeline transportation system servicing the Bakken Basin in North Dakota; part of the Bakken System with total length of 3,080 kilometers (1,914 miles) and 30-inch diameter. The gathering system delivers to Clearbrook, Minnesota for service on the Lakehead System or interconnecting pipelines; the interstate portion extends from Berthold, North Dakota into Cromer, Manitoba. US tariffs FERC-regulated; Canadian portion a CER Group 2 pipeline regulated on a complaint basis.
