Pre-construction project to support growing customer demand and long-term Western Canada production growth, increasing deliveries of Canadian heavy oil to US Midwest and US Gulf Coast refining markets. Expected to add 150 kbpd to the Mainline System and 100 kbpd to Flanagan South through increased horsepower, upstream optimizations and terminal enhancements. The FSP expansion is underpinned by long-term take-or-pay contracts providing full-path Edmonton-to-Houston service. Expected in service in 2027.
