1,368 kilometer (850 mile) light crude oil system with origination points in the Eagle Ford and Permian Basins in West Texas and delivery points at the US Gulf Coast and Houston refining region. Phased expansion added 80 kbpd in 2025; phase two is expected to add a further 40 kbpd, increasing average annual capacity to 1.0 mmbpd in 2026. Enbridge has been operator since April 2023; effective economic interest 68.5%.
