950 kilometer (590 mile), 36-inch diameter interstate crude oil pipeline originating at the Flanagan, Illinois terminal (a Lakehead System delivery point) and terminating in Cushing, Oklahoma. Mainline Optimization Phase 1 is expected to add 100 kbpd of capacity by 2027, underpinned by long-term take-or-pay contracts providing full-path service from Edmonton to Houston; the majority of existing customers extended full-path contracts beyond 2040. 2025 earnings were impacted by lower spot volumes.
