Rate-regulated natural gas utility serving 4.0 million customers over approximately 157,000 km (97,804 miles) of distribution and transmission pipelines, distributing approximately 2.3 bcf/d across Ontario and Quebec. Offers firm and interruptible transportation on the Dawn-Parkway system linking the Dawn Hub underground storage network to major Canadian and US markets. Operating under an OEB Price Cap Incentive Regulation framework for 2025-2028 rates with an earnings sharing mechanism; equity thickness 38% and 2024 ROE of 9.21% until rebasing expected in 2029. Phase 3 of the rate application (cost allocation/harmonization) expected to complete in 2026.
