Interstate natural gas transmission system of two mainline systems totaling approximately 2,449 kilometers (1,522 miles), crossing Texas Eastern at two Tennessee locations, with an LNG storage facility in Tennessee and connection to the Saltville storage facilities in Virginia. Rate case filed April 29, 2025 with rates effective November 1, 2025 subject to refund; settlement discussions commenced in Q3 2025. The Tennessee Ridgeline Expansion under construction will supply the Tennessee Valley Authority's coal replacement, expected in service in 2026.
