As at 31 December 2025
365 MW solar farm and on-site battery energy storage system near Cheyenne, Wyoming, sanctioned in 2025. Renewable power fully contracted under a long-term offtake agreement; BESS capacity contracted through a long-term fixed-price battery tolling agreement, currently approved for 135 MW and expandable up to 200 MW with further utility review. Both components expected fully in service in 2027. Pre-construction with no significant expenditures to date.
