Construction of two new offshore pipelines and additional crude oil and natural gas pipeline extensions to support bp's Kaskida and Tiber offshore developments in the US Gulf Coast, including a 24/26-inch oil pipeline connecting to Shell Pipeline Company LP's Green Canyon 19 Platform and a 12-inch gas pipeline connecting to the existing Magnolia Gas Gathering Pipeline. Expected in service in 2029; pre-construction.
