Effective 27.6% interest in the system connecting the Bakken Basin in North Dakota to eastern PADD II markets and the US Gulf Coast, consisting of the Dakota Access Pipeline (Bakken to Patoka, Illinois) and the Energy Transfer Crude Oil Pipeline (Patoka to Nederland, Texas). Capacity expandable through additional pumping horsepower; anchored by long-term throughput commitments from producers. DAPL operates pending a US Army Corps Record of Decision and new easement expected in 2026 following the December 2025 final EIS.
