Holds 40,602 net acres in the Powder River Basin separate from the Nichols Ranch Project. Property units include North Jane (now part of Jane Dough at Nichols Ranch), South Doughstick, Cedar Canyon, East Buck, South Collins Draw, Sand Rock, Little Butte, Beecher Draw, Monument and Stage. Sandstones of Tertiary age with known uranium mineralization; limited exploration to date. Non-material property without S-K 1300 Mineral Resources or Mineral Reserves declared in this filing.
