100%-owned underground silver-gold mine in Durango State, Mexico, acquired by Endeavour in 2004. Operates via Refinadora Plata Guanaceví. Vein-style mineralisation across multiple concessions (Alondra, El Curso, Porvenir Frisco at AgEq cut-off 270 g/t; other concessions at 207 g/t). Metallurgical recoveries 87.7% Ag, 91.9% Au. Reserve cut-off varies 207-270 g/t AgEq. Reserves at $30/oz Ag, $2,500/oz Au (90:1 Ag:Au ratio). August 2024 ball mill trunnion failure suspended operations briefly; 2025 capex $14.6M for 3.7 km of UG ramp/access; 2026 plan $24.5M including 4.5 km of mine development at El Curso and Milache. 2025 drill: 23 holes / 5,870 m at $1.2M expense. Closure provision $7.3M.
