100%-owned underground silver-gold mine in Guanajuato State, Mexico, acquired in 2007. SUBSEQUENT EVENT: On January 15, 2026, Endeavour completed the sale of Mina Bolañitos S.A. de C.V. to Guanajuato Silver Company Ltd. for US$30.0M cash + 36.9M GSilver shares + up to US$10M contingent on future production milestones. At report effective date (Dec 31, 2025) the asset was still owned by Endeavour. Reserves at multiple AgEq cut-offs (134 g/t La Luz/San Miguel; 135 g/t Lucero; 140 g/t other veins). Metallurgical recoveries 85.3% Ag, 90.1% Au. 2025 drill 7,889m in 38 holes (La Luz North and Lana NW area); $6.0M invested for 3.4 km UG ramps/access. Reserve $26/oz Ag, $2,200/oz Au.
