A 263-mile FERC-regulated interstate pipeline (263-mile system, 100,300 compression horsepower) connecting to the Chicago Hub and serving key Upper Midwest demand centers, acquired in the 2024 Midwest Pipeline Acquisition from ONEOK. A final investment decision was reached in 2025 on the Guardian G3 expansion (+537 MMcf/d, ~40%), expected fully in service in Q4 2028.
