Owner, operator and developer of an integrated portfolio of natural gas midstream assets across two segments: Pipeline (FERC-regulated interstate and intrastate transmission pipelines, storage, gathering lateral pipelines and compression, including joint-venture equity interests) and Gathering (gathering systems, treatment plants and compression). Wholly owned and JV assets span multiple U.S. states and Eastern Canada, connecting Marcellus, Utica and Haynesville shale supply to Midwest, Northeast and Gulf Coast demand and LNG export corridors. The 2024 Midwest Pipeline Acquisition (Guardian, Midwestern, Viking) was integrated through 2025, and growth projects include the Guardian G3 expansion and continued LEAP expansions.
