Fully mechanised underground silver-lead-zinc-gold mine ~50 km north of Sarajevo, comprising the Rupice mine and Veovaca processing plant within a 4,400-hectare land package. Acquired by DPM on September 3, 2025 via the £321.3M cash + 54.9M shares (~$1,503.5M total) Adriatic Metals acquisition. Operating in pre-commercial production through Q4 2025: post-acquisition Sep 3-Dec 31 produced 5,920 oz Au, 533,376 oz Ag, 11.86 Mlb Zn, 8.60 Mlb Pb, 1.07 Mlb Cu. Ramp-up to 850,000 tonnes per annum targeted by Q4 2026. Royalty $2.18/t ore mined. Initial 15-year operating life.
