Waterbury Lake

Waterbury Lake is a uranium project in the eastern Athabasca Basin, comprising 13 mineral claims over 40,256 ha. Held by the Waterbury Lake Uranium LP — Denison 70.55%, Korea Waterbury Uranium LP (KWULP) 29.43%; Denison is operator. Hosts the Tthe Heldeth Túé (THT, formerly J Zone) and Huskie deposits. Reference report: Preliminary Economic Assessment for the Tthe Heldeth Túé (J Zone) Deposit, Waterbury Lake Property (effective October 30, 2020). In November 2025 Denison completed an inaugural ISR field test program at THT — including installation of an eight-well ISR test pattern. 2025 evaluation activities included field activities, evaluation drilling, hydrogeological drilling. Huskie is a basement-hosted ingress-style deposit.
