Murphy Lake comprises two adjacent Athabasca uranium exploration JVs — Murphy Lake North (Denison 30%, JV with Cosa Resources Corp.; 2 mineral claims, 1,532 ha) and Murphy Lake South (Denison 80%, JV with Foremost Clean Energy; 6 mineral claims, 7,154 ha). Cosa Resources became 70% owner of Murphy Lake North in the January 2025 Cosa Transaction. In 2025 Murphy Lake North recorded 5,062 m (12 holes) of drilling; Murphy Lake South recorded 2,695 m (7 holes) plus geophysical survey.
