Millennium is a uranium exploration project in the Athabasca Basin held indirectly by Denison through JCU's 30.0990% interest (operated by Cameco Corporation). Denison's effective indirect interest is ~15.05%. Millennium resource figures as reported by Cameco Corporation as at December 31, 2025 — these are historical estimates and are not treated as current under NI 43-101 because the cut-off grades and other assumptions used to estimate resources are unknown to Denison. Millennium is an ingress-style basement-hosted unconformity-associated deposit.
