Crude oil, natural gas and water gathering, treatment, acid gas injection, processing, transportation and recycling across the Midland Gathering Assets (crude oil serving Delek Holdings' Big Spring refinery), the Delaware Gathering Assets (crude and gas serving third parties, including the Libby processing plants) and the Midland Water Gathering Assets (H2O Midstream and Gravity). The segment offers approximately 1,015 MBbl/d of operations capacity and approximately 310 MBbl/d of water disposal capacity under long-term, fee-based contracts with minimum volume commitments and dedicated acreage.
